How long will my CORKCICLE keep my drinks cold or hot?
Our triple-insulated products are designed to keep beverages cold for up to 25 hours or hot for up to 12 hours. Performance may vary slightly based on the specific product line and external temperatures.
Are CORKCICLE products dishwasher safe?
Most of our tumblers and mugs are top-rack dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing our classic Canteens and any products with specialty finishes or patterns to preserve their appearance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
What materials are used in your products?
CORKCICLE products are crafted from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel. All of our drinkware is BPA-free and designed with a proprietary triple-insulation layer for maximum temperature retention.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
