Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Corkcicle products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for all items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
